So… you’re wondering, “what kind of connection do these papers have with actual kangaroos”.
I can assure you they’re not made of kangaroo as you might be thinking. I’m not sure you can even smoke kangaroo but people do some pretty crazy things. If someone tried to smoke a kangaroo I’m sure it would be a pretty meaty smoke. The thing with these papers is that they have a “built-in pouch”! Imagine that! Not actually made of real kangaroo but kind of like a kangaroo with a pouch so there’s no spill and they’re easy to use.
I suppose these would be the first papers in the marsupial family. I’d even go so far to say that before they made these Pouch rolling papers kangaroos all over the outback where probably spilling tobacco everywhere, just wasting it! Now… the Australian countryside is likely one big mob of kangaroos smoking and keeping it straight with their Pouch papers, I assume that’s how it is.
Everyone knows kangaroos are prone to travel in a heard or mobs in the wild… well… the similarities don’t end there because they come in a pack of 20 papers so you literally get a whole heard of papers so you and your mob can keep it fresh. So maybe you love kangaroos or just don’t want to spill tobacco everywhere, no matter what your thing is, the fact of the matter is this: We have these papers, they do have a kangaroo on the front, and they’re called Pouch Papers.
